Role : SAP Account Manager
Experience Required : 6–12 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage SAP client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Oversee delivery across SAP cross-functional modules, coordinating with technical and functional teams.
- Drive client engagement, handle escalations, and ensure service excellence.
- Utilize JIRA and agile methodologies to manage tasks and progress tracking.
- Act as a Scrum Master , facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business goals with SAP solution delivery.
Required Skills :
Location : Onsite at Hitech City, Hyderabad (no remote option).
