Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the jewellery industry . The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling skills, product knowledge, and the ability to drive sales with a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing an exceptional showroom experience
• Showcase jewellery pieces and explain product features, pricing, and quality
• Maintain strong product knowledge across diamonds, gold, and lab-grown jewellery
• Work closely with the design and operations teams for order customization and delivery
• Meet monthly sales targets and support revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business
• Manage billing coordination with the accounts team when required
