Experience Required :   Experienced Only, minimum experience of 6 months

Job Description :

Syrow Pvt. Ltd.  is a CSaaS based Customer Experience Management company with Clientele from across the globe, focused on providing world-class Customer Service. Many businesses outsource their Customer Care activity to Syrow, our 24 / 7 Support ensures that their Customers are always taken care of. We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team at Syrow. Candidates will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, meeting with clients on-site and achieving sales targets through direct, face-to-face interaction. Also, the Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential Customers through various channels and creating a pipeline of qualified leads. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products or services and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and qualifying new business leads through web research, calls, emails, and networking
  • Visit potential and existing customers to present and promote products / services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
  • Keeping accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure client acquisition goals are met

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with CRM and sales tools
  • Strong time management skills
