Working closely with the US based HR & Admin team to involve primarily in data management and admin support tasks the following :
- Training & Development : Assess training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate employee master data for HR records.
- Reporting : Prepare presentations and monthly reports using Advanced Excel .
- Compliance : Manage CPE Certificate approvals for the team.
- Leadership Support : Lead tasks assigned by managers and department heads.
- Collaboration : Work closely with process heads to understand requirements and develop effective HR strategies.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years in HR Administration.Confidentiality : Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Skills :Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of Workday HRIS .Education : Degree, MBA, or equivalent in Human Resources.Key Notes
