Roles and Responsibilities
A) Project Management (Business Priority Projects, Improvement Projects, Quick Kill Solutions)
- Drive Project management process within the organization through a structured process including need identification, review, implementation, closure & sign offs
- Engage in High impact projects on KEY BUSINESS CHALLENGES, C sat, Revenue enhancement, Profitability, Waste elimination and process enhancement.
- Ensure timely closure of projects with desired outcome, derisk timelines, get management sign off for closure
- Post completion of projects, ensure change management for effective implementation, sustenance & replication.
- Measurement of project impact including metric improvement, delivery of agreed goals, CBA & sign off on financials.
B) Business Process Reengineering
Conduct comprehensive process review for end to end value chains, identified as per business priorities or delivery challengesCollaborate with cross functional teams to develop all in one view of the value chain from end customers perspectiveFormulate holistic plan of actions to ensure seamless stakeholder experience throughout life cycle stagesElevate delivery capability of the value chains through inclusive actions on process, people, system, measurement axes.C) Project Management frame work & Project Governance
Ensure structured problem solving work flow for the projects through DMAIC, QI Story, DMADOV, PDCA etcEnsure project hygiene & high quality solutions through precise application of right kind of quality engineering tools & techniquesRigor of project team cadence , publish regular project updates to all stake holdersEnsure periodic management update on projects ; publish project dashboard with RAG codingD) Drive Process Maturity Journey
Process Maturity assessment for business value chains360 degre evaluation of process maturity criteria with stakeholders across the organiation (front end & back end)Collaborate with process owners & stakeholders for action planning on process maturity improvementE) Competence building for structured problem solving and project management
Facilitate competency building framework to embrace the project & Quality management skill requirements among the critical resources.Create learning content & material on Project management, Problem solving tools & techniques for the stakeholders at large for quick & effective dissemination of knowledge.Get stakeholders trained through on line / workshop modes for their efficient engagement into project initiativesEnsure regular ongoing Certification of the Critical mass & BSE team on key competence areasF) Continuous Improvement
