Performance Marketing Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing lead generation, retargeting, awareness, and demand capture campaigns, ensuring ROI and accurate tracking.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and optimize search, display, video, lead-gen, and retargeting campaigns.
- Have a knack for keyword research, SEO optimization, writing ad copies, and building ad creatives using Canva.
- Manage budgets, targeting, and creative testing.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Strong grasp of funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking.
