About the Role
We are looking for an Evaluator to assess, curate, and maintain the quality of professional freelancers across Business Development, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, and Operational Finance categories. In this role, you will use clear rubrics, detailed analysis, and structured evaluation to ensure that every approved freelancer meets high professional standards of accuracy, skill, and reliability.
You will help shape the marketplace by identifying top-performing professionals, maintaining consistent evaluation benchmarks, and aligning supply with client demand.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and Gatekeep
Review freelancer applications, portfolios, and performance data to decide on approval, hold, or rejection while maintaining documentation and continuous quality monitoring.
Set Standards and Insights
Develop, refine, and maintain category-specific rubrics and playbooks. Identify market gaps and recommend strategies to improve category coverage and specialization.
Curation and Matching
Curate high-quality freelancer lists for campaigns, special client requests, or new business needs. Ensure the right professionals are connected with suitable projects.
Projects and Process Improvement
Streamline workflows and evaluation tools to enhance throughput and quality. Lead calibration sessions and create resources for consistent evaluation standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Category Leads, Data Analysts, Product, and Operations teams to share insights, improve processes, and align quality goals across departments.
