Evaluator – Business, Operations, & Finance

Location : AhmedabadWorking Hours : Monday to Friday, 11 : 30 AM to 7 : 30 PM (8 hours fixed)️ Language : EnglishAbout the Role We are looking for an Evaluator to assess, curate, and maintain the quality of professional freelancers across Business Development, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, and Operational Finance categories. Identify market gaps and recommend strategies to improve category coverage and specialization.Curation and MatchingCurate high-quality freelancer lists for campaigns, special client requests, or new business needs. Ensure the right professionals are connected with suitable projects.Projects and Process ImprovementStreamline workflows and evaluation tools to enhance throughput and quality. Lead calibration sessions and create resources for consistent evaluation standards.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Category Leads, Data Analysts, Product, and Operations teams to share insights, improve processes, and align quality goals across departments.What You’ll Bring Fluency in English , both written and spokenProfessional or evaluation experience in Business, Finance, or OperationsAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess quality objectively and document findings clearlyEducational background in Business, Finance, Management, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skills , with a focus on quality and consistencyIndependent and proactive attitude , able to work in fast-moving environmentsNice to Have Familiarity with CRM or evaluation tools (Salesforce, Airtable, or similar)Prior experience with freelance marketplaces, vetting programs, or QA processes
