We’re looking for a AVP - MIS & Analytics with strong knowledge in MIS & Analytics.

About the Role

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 10+ years from health insurance / TPA domain in MIS & analytics leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIS & Analytics for business and claims reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IRDA and internal standards.
• Publish and automate key dashboards : TAT, Claim Utilization, Rejection Analysis, Investigation Referrals, Hospital Performance, and Call Center Metrics.
• Analyse operational and policy data to identify cost drivers, trends, and savings opportunities.
• Support client reviews, renewals, and RFPs with performance insights and presentations.
• Coordinate with insurers, brokers, corporates, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve reporting processes.
• Manage audit and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of MIS analysts and developers, driving KPI achievement and process improvements.
