Key Responsibilities
- Drive business performance by engaging Agency Business Partners (ABPs) and Financial Consultants (FCs) to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
- Achieve key business metrics including FYWRR, persistency (13M), product mix, advisor program qualification , and promotion targets .
- Lead the branch as a profitable business unit , focusing on agent activation, retention, and cost efficiency.
- Provide structured support and mentoring to ABPs for continuous growth and team expansion.
- Guide and develop Front Line Sales (FLS) teams through recruitment, performance management, and productivity enhancement.
- Build a strong pool of Financial Consultants via market hiring and referrals, ensuring manpower readiness.
- Oversee sales funnel management including lead pipeline, product mix, and productivity to meet branch goals.
- Ensure successful FLS probation through timely training and performance monitoring.
- Maintain business hygiene, compliance standards, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of branch strategies.
