Assist with the development and execution of business and system processes, and the optimization of recruiting systems driving continuous improvement to empower the recruiting team and add value to the businessImprove workflows and ensure compliance with key recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding, candidate management, background investigations and regulatory complianceProvide support to all recruiting technology solutions including system design, testing and ongoing support (e.g., Taleo / Workday, Humanly, Handshake, Calendly, Scholars, Linked In, ZoomInfo, etc.). Provide operational support to the recruiting function during the implementation of a new HCM / ATS implementation, as well as needed ongoing support post implementationUpdate and maintain recruiting process documentation and provide ongoing process improvement recommendationsAssist with requisition creation and candidate management to ensure compliance and accuracy, as well as to achieve an exceptional candidate experienceHelp to provide trainings to educate and upskill the recruiting team to ensure systems, processes, and business practices are clearly understood and practicedCollaborate with HR Operations to develop and maintain standard reporting to measure success and provide insights to recruiting team and firmwide leadership; analyze data to help with decision making and to achieve operational excellenceAssist with the deployment of hiring manager and candidate satisfaction surveys, and other data collection needs as identifiedParticipate in ad hoc operational projects and tasks as needed (e.g., ownership of the careers mailbox, Becker CPA request processing, immigration job posting requirement requests, employee referral processing, agency and master service agreement tracking, etc.)Maintain current knowledge and understanding of industry trends, practices, and new developments across the talent acquisition landscape (e.g., networking with recruiting operations teams from other organizations, professional associations, etc.); analyze information to identify best practices and trends to conceptualize recommended solutionsQualifications :
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experienced with recruiting processes, data and technology required; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred
- Excellent use of technology including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship engagement tools (e.g., Taleo, Workday, Linked In) preferred
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions / departments / teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others
- Effective organizational and communication skills; attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Strong professional presence, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels
- Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
- Adaptable to a changing environment; champions change and influences others to change
