About the Role
We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support our media buying team by handling account setup, data entry, and internal tool management. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail while working with ad accounts, email accounts, and 2FA security processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Add budgets to Google Ads / other ad accounts as per instructions.
- Perform data entry for internal mapping of ad accounts into our in-house tool.
- Create and manage email accounts linked to ad accounts.
- Handle logins, credentials, and 2FA maintenance securely.
- Ensure proper documentation and update of records in internal systems.
- Report any access or login issues to the team immediately.
- Follow strict security protocols when managing accounts and tools.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in data entry / operations support .Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets .Comfortable with logins, authentication apps, and 2FA handling .Ability to follow step-by-step processes accurately .Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with sensitive data.Good communication skills for team coordination.What We Offer
