Job Summary
Rapid7 is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team and help design and deliver sustainable compensation programs that impact every employee globally.
This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, analytical, and excited to make an impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, you'll work closely with People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure our programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our culture.
