Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Manager with a strong background in the dairy industry to oversee and manage our quality control and assurance functions. The ideal candidate will ensure that all dairy products consistently meet the highest standards of safety, hygiene, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining strict adherence to ISO standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor quality control processes across all dairy products (milk, ghee, paneer, curd, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BIS, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Supervise lab testing (microbiological and chemical) and hygiene audits.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to maintain product quality.
- Handle quality-related customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead internal and external audits; maintain all certification and compliance documentation.
- Train and guide QA / QC staff on dairy-specific protocols, food safety, and ISO procedures.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.Minimum 6 years of quality management experience in the dairy industry (mandatory).Proficient in MS Office and quality management tools.Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.Note :
Candidates without relevant dairy industry experience and ISO standards exposure will not be considered.
