We are seeking a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Specialist with strong expertise in ISO, Agile, and CMMI frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead quality initiatives, manage audit cycles, and drive continuous process improvements across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality initiatives, certifications, and audit cycles
- Facilitate process implementation and conduct training sessions
- Perform process reviews and quality audits
- Collect, analyze, and publish process metrics and insights
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Conduct risk assessments and report early warnings
