Experience required in Precision Engineering
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop floor operations to ensure smooth production flow.
- Implement and maintain robust QA / QC systems to meet precision engineering standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, planning, and quality control.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of output.
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor production staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
