Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Communication Strategist with a strong agency background who lives and breathes marketing. Youll be the bridge between strategy and execution, shaping the brand voice across channels, scripting and supervising shoots, and driving creative storytelling that connects with real people.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the brand communication calendar, from ideation to execution across social media, campaigns, and website.
• Develop content strategy aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and seasonal trends.
• Conceptualize and script short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), with strong hooks, clear narratives, and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with in-house creators, designers, and videographers to ensure content quality, consistency, and storytelling depth.
• Guide the shoot strategy on what to shoot, how to shoot, and what edits work best for performance and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and refine communication strategy for better reach, retention, and conversions.
• Ensure that every piece of communication, from packaging copy to paid ads, speaks in Vilvahs tone : real, relatable, and rooted.

Who You Are

2-3 years of experience in a creative / branding agency or consumer brand marketing team .

Deep understanding of content marketing, influencer trends, and digital storytelling.

Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with scripts, hooks, and briefs.

A keen eye for visual aesthetics and how they tie back to brand communication.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C environment with multiple product lines.

Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and brand empathy.
