Lead Marketing Strategist - Retail Brand Focus

We’re Hiring : Head – Marketing | Coimbatore

Location : Coimbatore

Reports To : Chief Growth Officer

Compensation : ₹30–35 LPA + 20% variable

It's a 6-day working week with alternate Saturdays working from home.

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the full marketing charter for a premium consumer technology retail group — spanning retail stores, authorized service centers, B2B enterprise, and education segments.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about premium retail, digital-first marketing, and brand storytelling .

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

• Lead brand, retail, digital, and B2B marketing across multiple business verticals.
• Shape brand perception and customer experience consistent with a global premium brand ethos .
• Drive store footfalls, conversions, lead generation, and customer retention .
• Manage a ₹10–12 Cr marketing budget (in addition to brand co-op budgets).
• Build and mentor a 14-member team spanning digital, CRM, and on-ground marketing.
• Leverage data, analytics, and AI to optimize campaigns and ROI.
