Program Manager - Operations Excellence & Process Transformation

Role Summary The Program Manager will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs focused on re-engineering core business processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and embedding a continuous improvement culture using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership : Define, scope, and lead complex operational transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals.

Process Re-engineering : Analyze current state operations (AS-IS), identify bottlenecks, and design optimized future state processes (TO-BE) using Lean / Six Sigma principles.

Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with C-level sponsors, business unit leaders, and global process owners to secure buy-in and resource allocation.

Performance Metrics : Define and track key operational KPIs (e.g., throughput, cycle time, defect rate) and report program benefits and ROI.

Tool Implementation : Drive the adoption of automation and technology solutions (RPA, AI / ML) to enhance process execution and monitoring.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

MBA (Mandatory) : Full-time MBA, preferably with a specialization in Operations, from a premier B-School.

Certification : Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable.

Experience : 7-10 years of experience, including 4+ years in a dedicated process improvement, transformation, or program management role.

Proven track record of successfully leading multiple, simultaneous, large-scale improvement projects resulting in tangible cost savings or efficiency gains
