Full Stack Lead - React.js / .Net Core

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end (UI) and back-end solutions.
• Work with React.js / Angular / Vue.js for front-end and Node.js / Java / .NET Core / Python for backend.
• Ensure UI / UX best practices are followed for responsive and user-friendly design.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure application security and performance.
• Drive adoption of Agile methodologies, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
