Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).
• Build scalable, robust, and efficient systems using JavaScript and Python.
• Lead and mentor team members, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support professional growth within the team.
• Act as an individual contributor when required, taking ownership of complex modules or projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, and DevOps) to define, plan, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain code quality and system performance.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, and system design.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend their adoption when beneficial.
