Full Stack Developer - React.js / Node.js

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Full Stack Developer with over 12 years of industry experience in JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience integrating with the Pega Constellation framework.

You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, responsive, and maintainable web applications while working closely with UI / UX designers, product managers, and backend engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop high-performance, responsive front-end applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate UI / UX requirements into interactive, functional front-end components.
• Integrate front-end components with backend systems via REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Embed and integrate custom React components within Pega Constellation applications.
• Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and optimize performance across the full stack.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Contribute to Agile / Scrum development workflows and tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub / GitLab).
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues; participate in ongoing improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
