- Head a delivery unit or set of programs within Technology Consulting team in the Insurance domain, which comprises of various projects across a region(s)
- Manage project deliveries in a distributed delivery model
- Responsible for daily operations of the practice / delivery unit
- Manage client relationships

Manage / lead multiple project teams through all phases of the project life cycle. Lend specific subject matter knowledge to the business design and integration phase of each project, helping to give specificity to the appropriate business process and the transformation into the organizations business and technical environment.Advise clients on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities. Use business process, organizational and technology capabilities and knowledge across several of the following focus areas :Business Strategy (Vision, Mission, Guiding Principles)Finance Strategy (Vision, Mission, Guiding Principles)IT Strategy (CIO's agenda)Fundamental understanding of client requirements in several of below areasInsurance platform modernizationEnterprise Cloud and IT roadmap refiningQuality and velocity improvement across the Insurance and enterprise standpointPerformance Management and Measurement (KPI's, business driver-based metrics)Statutory Reporting Systems Features / FunctionalityYour Operational (Delivery Unit) responsibilities : (part of description)-
As a Delivery Leader, you will :
Be responsible for the utilization of the delivery span that he / she is accountable for.Prepare of regular dashboards, reports for the management team to be made aware of progress, risks, issues etc.Be responsible for the growth of the delivery span – Planning for recruitments, tracking and monitoring the same.Coordinate with all the support functions of the organization – Like Finance, Talent Acquisition, People Function (HR), Learning & Development team etc.Your people responsibilities : (part of description)-

A bachelor's degree in engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)Sound industry experience of 18-20 Yrs, with significant global exposure, eight (8) years of which should be in the Insurance domainYou will need to have : (Core Competencies)
The successful candidate should possess strong knowledge of and experience in supervising and executing all phases of a project life cycle, based on proven project management and business management activities. It is essential that the successful candidate possess a deep knowledge of business within the given sector and have a good understanding of applications that support this industry.Delivery experience leading and managing multiple project teams of 80 / 100+ people on a global delivery model. Financial responsibility for a $10+ million / year account.Evidence of client success.Demonstrated success in account growth.Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage high level, executive relationships.Experience in negotiating professional services contracts.Has participated and contributed in various capacities with sales opportunities and sales calls (ability to sell customer on value and services).Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise multiple teams of business and IT advisors through all phases of the project life cycle, including requirements definition, process and prose creation, business re-engineering, application mapping.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and business writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further designing, developing and integrating business operations with technology.Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new application technologiesExperience in any of the following areas :Definition of business and technical requirements (high level)Design of business and technology architectureApplication selection and implementation supportBusiness Data mapping and conversionFacilitation of a Proof-of-concept creationBusiness Quality assurance and testing strategiesBusiness and IT process reengineeringProgram / project management and implementation planning (PMO)Previous Project experiences in :Business transformation or Business Re-EngineeringManagement reporting enhancementBusiness intelligence / decision supportInsurance products package implementationEnterprise business application integrationFinancial planning, budgeting and forecastingReconciliation redesign or improvementEY | Building a better working world
