Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Agency Development Manager, located in Palakkad. The Associate Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training agents, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring agent performance, and ensuring overall agency growth. The role will also include providing support and guidance to agents, driving them to achieve sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and training skills for managing and developing insurance agents
• Minimum 1 year Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
• Strong ability in performance monitoring and feedback provision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining client and agent relationships
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and market dynamics

• Ability to work on-site in Palakkad Or kochi.
