Project Manager - Government Project

Requirements

• Total of 15 years and a minimum of 6 years of project management experience, particularly in government or public sector projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.
• Strong understanding of government regulations, compliance issues, and funding sources.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with government stakeholders and team members.
• Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or similar) is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project-related activities.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with diverse teams.
