Whitehall Resources require a SAP Project Manager with skills in Security / Infrastructure to work on a 6 month contract with a key client.

  • This role requires a candidate based in India – working fully remotely.

SAP Project Manager - Security / Infrastructure

Role Description :

The Project Manager (PM) will be embedded within a multi-vendor delivery environment, overseeing two key initiatives. One of these is a project which which targets security vulnerabilities across PGT ROW EWM, TPM, and S / 4HANA systems. The second project focuses on broader infrastructure vulnerabilities, including databases, servers, and operating systems. The PM will coordinate across supplier teams, ensuring alignment on milestones, deliverables, and testing cycle.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience required.
  • Must be fluent written / spoken in English.
  • 1. End-to-End Project Delivery & Multi-Vendor Coordination

    The PM is expected to fully own the planning and execution of two concurrent projects, including one already in progress. This involves managing deployment cycles, phase-wise planning, development, testing, and delivery. The setup includes multiple vendors, requiring the PM to coordinate across diverse teams, gather status updates, and ensure seamless collaboration.

    2. SAP Infrastructure & Security Remediation Expertise

    A strong understanding of SAP systems (S / 4HANA, TPM, EWM), operating systems, and databases is essential. The PM must be capable of overseeing vulnerability remediation activities, particularly in SAP environments, and ensure compliance with security standards. Familiarity with tools like Onapsis and Tenable, and integration with platforms such as ServiceNow, is highly valuable.

    3. Risk Management & Reporting

    The PM is responsible for preparing project reports, leading status meetings, and maintaining detailed documentation. Risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive issue resolution are core to the role. The ability to manage regression testing across thousands of test cases and ensure no disruption to existing functionalities is also critical
