About the Role

As an In-House Legal Counsel, you will be part of our Global Legal & Compliance Team, supporting development and sales activities across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Global General Counsel, you will provide legal guidance on domestic and international matters, including software licensing, SaaS agreements, IT services, HR, property, procurement, and compliance.

Being the first fully qualified lawyer in India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Indian legal operations and act as the primary legal advisor for our local management team.

Key & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex on-premises software and SaaS agreements with clients in North America, EU, APAC, and other global regions.
• Prepare and negotiate IT-service, procurement, and purchase agreements, service descriptions, and company policies.
• Provide legal support on project agreements, commercial contracts, and corporate housekeeping documents.
• Maintain and enhance Serralas contract management and archive systems.

Legal Advisory & Serve as the primary legal contact in India for all local legal matters including HR law, property, procurement, labor, and administrative law.

Cross-functional Partner with sales, consulting, and business teams to provide practical and business-oriented legal solutions.

B.A. + LL.B. / B.A. + LL.M. Master's in a related field would be preferred.
