Key Responsibilities :

• Inspire and lead  the APAC Talent Sourcing team for Technology, driving performance, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
• Partner strategically  with cross-functional recruiting teams to achieve ambitious quarterly and annual hiring goals.
• Design and own  cutting-edge regional sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent and fuel ServiceNow s growth.
• Leverage data and insights  to deliver impactful reporting on key performance metrics, initiative success, and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize team efficiency  by analyzing capacity and productivity, ensuring resources are aligned to meet hiring targets.
