Job descriptionManage end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support. Handle new requests, changes, and enhancements in the system. Oversee upgrades and ensure smooth adoption of new features. Configure and manage various GTM processes such as trade compliance checks, licensing, customs filing, trade agreements, and incentive programs. Support automation and process improvements to make workflows more efficient. Work with carriers, brokers, and other partners to onboard them to relevant systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrations with other business applications. Conduct testing to ensure all changes work as expected before going 15+ years in Global Trade Management, including at least 3 end-to-end GTM implementations. Strong understanding of trade compliance, licensing, customs processes, and related regulations. Experience managing projects, teams, and client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines. Proficiency in basic tools like MS Office for reporting and presentations. GTM Functional Consultant / Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Global Trade Management (GTM) professional to lead projects, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth delivery of trade compliance solutions. You will act as the key link between clients, business teams, and internal stakeholdersunderstanding requirements, configuring systems, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards.
