Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and configure business process applications using Camunda BPM (7) and Java.
• Act independently as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead technical discussions on process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain process models, workflows, and integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Participate in solution design, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Document application processes, workflows, and technical implementations for clarity and knowledge retention.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members to enhance collective expertise.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement timely adjustments to meet delivery timelines.

Requirements Requirements : 6–9 years of professional experience in application development, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Camunda BPM (7) and Java. Proven experience in workflow automation, process modeling, and integration of Camunda BPM with external systems. Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and workflow management best practices. Proficiency in Java and Spring framework for application development and integration. Experience with API design and integration techniques, including RESTful services and message-based communication. Ability to analyze complex business needs and deliver robust technical solutions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (15 years of full-time education required). Must be based in Gurugram and available for on-site work.
