Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise customers in North America.

• Owning the complete sales cycle : prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations for proposal, sales, and operations leaders
• Driving outbound outreach via email and phone to generate new business opportunities
• Closely collaborating with the founding team to refine sales strategy and go-to-market execution
• Maintaining a robust pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly sales targets
• Key Requirements :
• 3-6 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally targeting US / Canada-based mid-market or enterprise clients
• Proven track record of closing outbound deals and consistently achieving quota
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to lead demos and handle objections
• Familiarity with proposal software, RFP automation tools, AI platforms, or sales enablement solutions is preferred
• Comfortable working independently during US business hours from India
