We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to drive growth across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in IT services, including remote staffing, NOC support, cloud, telecom, and Gen AI sustained projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives to expand customer base and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Promote techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and RFP / RFQ responses.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met with viable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to establish profitable partnerships.
- Analyze and report business metrics, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience (3–6 years) in business development or account management in the IT services / solutions industry.Strong understanding of techno-commercial awareness with ability to translate technical specifications into business value.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Hands-on experience working with global clients, preferably US, UK, EU, or APAC regions.Proficiency in CRM tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Zoho.Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and lead generation targets.Benefits
