We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive software sales, particularly focusing on ERP solutions and other software products. This role requires a self-starter who can proactively generate leads, manage the entire sales cycle from demonstrations to closing deals, and effectively engage with CXO-level decision-makers. You will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales of Software Solutions : Drive the sales of ERP solutions and other software products (excluding hardware sales).
- Proactive Lead Generation : Act as a self-starter to proactively open up new leads through various channels, including telemarketing and email campaigns.
- Full Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, which includes conducting product demonstrations, preparing comprehensive sales documents, and effectively closing sales.
- Account Management : Handle Account Management for assigned clients, nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities for continued business growth.
- Target Achievement : Demonstrate a strong willingness to work on and achieve given sales targets.
- Client Engagement : Possess the ability to interact and articulate sales conversations effectively at the CXO / Decision Maker level .
Required Skills :
