Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder with the drive, expertise, and leadership to scale Pluxsor globally . The ideal candidate will have :

Entrepreneurial Mindset : Think big, embrace calculated risks, and challenge conventional approaches.

Expertise in AI, Marketing, or Business Development : Demonstrated experience, deep insights, or a strong professional network in at least one of these domains.

Proven Track Record : Preferably in C-suite roles , founders of already running startups , or senior leaders in top businesses or IT companies .

Passion for Innovation : Drive to push boundaries and deliver extraordinary value through technology-driven marketing and branding solutions.

Leadership & Team-Building Skills : Ability to recruit, inspire, and lead a diverse, high-performing global team.

Co-Investment Capability : Willingness and ability to co-invest in technology, marketing initiatives, and global expansion projects , alongside equity ownership.

Commitment : This is an equity-based role , requiring long-term dedication, vision, and ownership mentality.

Location & Work Setup :

Based in India, UAE, Canada, US, or France , with the flexibility to work remotely .

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Co-Founder of Pluxsor , you will :

Strategic Leadership & Vision

Define and drive Pluxsor’s global vision, mission, and strategy .

Identify growth opportunities across new markets, industries, and geographies.

Ensure the company stays innovative and ahead of competitors in AI-powered marketing solutions.

Business Development & Partnerships

Lead efforts to acquire and retain high-value clients across multiple continents.

Establish strategic partnerships with technology providers, marketing platforms, and global enterprises.

Oversee sales strategy, market penetration, and revenue growth initiatives .

Fundraising, Investment & Investor Relations

Drive fundraising initiatives , pitch to investors, and manage stakeholder relations.

Collaborate on co-investment decisions in technology and marketing initiatives to accelerate growth.

Prepare financial projections, growth reports, and operational plans for investors.

Product Innovation & AI Solutions

Guide the development and evolution of AI-driven marketing tools like Ad Optima MC², Brand Core Elite, and AI Growth Pro.

Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure cutting-edge solutions that meet global market needs.

Operations & Team Management

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing, cross-functional global team .

Establish scalable processes for marketing, project management, client onboarding, and campaign execution .

Ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency across all global operations.

Brand & Marketing Oversight

Lead branding, digital marketing, and content strategy to enhance Pluxsor’s global presence.
