This role requires a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to source and screen high-quality candidates for various IT positions.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as prior experience in domestic IT recruitment.

• To source top talent through job boards, employee referrals, and LinkedIn.
• To thoroughly screen and filter resumes based on job requirements and qualification criteria.
• To schedule interviews with selected candidates and coordinate follow-up meetings as needed.
• To effectively negotiate salaries and ensure they meet budgeted figures.
