Global Recruitment Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Recruitment Coordinator with strong experience supporting global recruitment teams.
This role requires the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activities, work across regions, and deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end coordination support for recruiters across multiple regions.
- Schedule interviews (phone, video, and onsite) across time zones with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics.
- Update and maintain recruiting systems with accuracy.
- Track recruiting activities and provide regular reports.
- Support additional recruiting projects as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
Qualifications & Skills :
4+ years of Recruitment Coordination experience, with exposure to various regions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle high-volume scheduling while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.Excellent follow-up skills; proactive in managing outstanding tasks.Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems.Flexible to work in different shifts.Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
