(High Salary) Robotic Process Automation Consultant

We are seeking an innovative RPA Solution Architect with deep expertise in UiPath and cloud- native automation to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale RPA solutions. Role required not just a developer but a strategic technologist who can architect end-to-end automation frameworks, integrate advanced cloud capabilities, and drive transformational efficiency gains.

What you'll do with them

• Lead design and architecture of RPA solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Design reusable frameworks, best practices, and governance models for RPA implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust RPA solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Integrate RPA with enterprise cloud environments, leveraging expertise in VDIs, Virtual Machines, and Kubernetes.
• Document solution architecture and technical designs.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement attended & unattended automation with Citrix / legacy system automation.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, exceptions, and deployment issues.
• Optimize bot efficiency, resource utilization, and exception handling.
• Ability to find alternate and propose solutions in case RPA feasibility / implementation challenges
• Work closely with Product team to provide feedback
