Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute Automic product installations, upgrades, migrations, and conversions for enterprise clients.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for end customers during project delivery, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the engagement.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Automic deployments.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment activities, configurations, and post-project support.
- Collaborate with client IT teams to plan and coordinate project milestones and deliverables.
- Provide product knowledge, training, and guidance to client personnel as needed.
Qualifications :
Strong, extensive hands-on experience with Automic (Automation Engine), including installation, configuration, administration, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting and familiarity with all the various third-party integrations supported by Automic.Demonstrated background in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the attitude to go anextra mile to deliver quality services to the customers.
Deep understanding of IT automation concepts, batch job scheduling, and enterprise IT environments.Experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server and PostgreSQL.Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) experience.Experience conducting end-to-end migrations / upgrades of automation platforms with minimal downtime.Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with UNIX / Linux and / or Windows server administration.Nice to have Skills :
Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.Certifications in Automic, DevOps, or related IT automation platforms.Experience with Broadcom AAI (Automation Analytics and Intelligence), formerly known as Automic Automation Intelligence.Experience with Automic Database schema.Experience in developing customized solutions to address specific customer needs for Automic.Benefits and Perks :
