Act as a Growth Coach to assigned Diamond & Quantum Club
founders, ensuring structured reviews and accountability.
- Evaluate and guide on :
- Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, Influencer ROI,
CAC / LTV metrics)
Amazon & Marketplace GrowthBrand Storytelling & PositioningWebsite CRO & Funnels (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)Retention Strategies (Email, WhatsApp, CommunityBuilding)
Product-Market Fit & Pricing ModelsConduct regular review sessions with founders and preparegrowth scorecards.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical, provensolutions.
Collaborate with Shripal to provide strategic insights andescalate high-value opportunities.
Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and growth hacks in theD2C ecosystem.
Create case studies & benchmarks from member successes toinspire the larger community.
Act as a thought partner to founders – not just reviewingnumbers, but challenging their thinking.
