Job Overview
This position focuses on overseeing the retail operations in Southern India (supporting over 10 existing stores across India) to drive business growth, optimize team performance, and strengthen brand presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing and promotional strategies for both existing and new stores in Southern India, ensuring strict alignment with the brand's overall objectives.
- Coordinate and drive the achievement of the region's primary and secondary business goals, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Train store teams on product knowledge and professional skill development; assess team performance through knowledge tests and certification programs to ensure service quality.
- Manage regional branding initiatives, enhance brand visibility across all store locations in the South, and maintain consistent brand image standards.
- Plan and execute online and offline activities to improve consumer experience and engagement, fostering customer loyalty and driving sales conversion.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely stock supply and the smooth dispatch of soft and hard decoration materials to all Southern region stores, avoiding inventory shortages.

Language Proficiency : English as the working language (fluent in both written and spoken); Chinese language skills are a plusEducational Background : Bachelor's degree from a recognized universityDemeanor : Good appearance and professional demeanor; a recent photo of the candidate is required for submission. Industry Experience : Priority given to candidates with experience in the furniture industry.
