Mandate Skills - AIOPs, IT Process Automation with AI / ML experience

JD-

Proficient in developing and deploying AI / ML models, including LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.

Extensive hands-on experience with Python frameworks and Python ML libraries such as TensorFlow etc.

Familiarity with GCP and Microsoft Azure platforms.

Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and performance.

Exposure to Ansible

Exposure to Unix and Windows environments.

Exposure to have worked in SAP environments.

Proficient in RPA tools like UiPath.

Proficient in different Service desk tools and ITSM processes

Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau and practices.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solution
