JD-

• Proficient in developing and deploying AI / ML models, including LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Python frameworks and Python ML libraries such as TensorFlow etc.
• Familiarity with GCP and Microsoft Azure platforms.
• Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
• Exposure to Ansible
• Exposure to Unix and Windows environments.
• Exposure to have worked in SAP environments.
• Proficient in RPA tools like UiPath.
• Proficient in different Service desk tools and ITSM processes
• Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and articulation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable AI solution
