Generative AI, Azure Open AI, Langgraph

• 12-13 Years of IT experience with a specialisation in Data science, AI and ML architecture and at least 3+ years of experience in architecting GenAI and NLP solutions for complex business use cases.
• As a GenAI / NLP Consultant, you will work with clients to design, implement, and optimize solutions powered by state-of-the-art NLP techniques and large language models (LLMs).
• Advise clients on NLP / LLM strategies, solution architectures, and implementation best practices.
• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for agentic AI systems using Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning) and agentic libraries such as LangGraph, LangChain etc.
• Design and develop NLP / LLM pipelines for tasks such as information extraction, summarization, classification, conversational Al, and many more.
• Well versed with Azure native GenAI services such as Azure foundry and copilot studio and exposure working with LLMs, preferably Azure OpenAI and GPT .
• Fine-tune and customize pre-trained language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT) to meet client-specific needs.
• Evaluate and compare different LLM approaches for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Strategize and implement AI governance and monitoring to ensure alignment to organisation policies, regulatory requirements, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to align on business goals and technical solutions.
• Create documentation, presentations, and technical reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the NLP / LLM landscape and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and resource upbringing efforts.
