Role Overview :
We are looking for a result-driven Senior B2B Sales Professional with proven experience in managing end-to-end sales of corporate training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, P&L ownership, and client acquisition. A strong understanding of EdTech solutions, strategic sales planning, and account management is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End B2B Sales Management :
- Own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales relationship management.
- Lead Generation & Conversion :
- Utilize LinkedIn, digital tools, and B2B channels to generate high-quality leads and convert them into revenue-generating clients.
- High-Value Deal Closure :
- Confidently pitch and sell customized, high-ticket corporate training programs to mid-size and large enterprises.
- Strategic Planning & P&L Ownership :
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and manage profitability of accounts.
- Account Growth & Client Retention :
- Manage key client relationships, upsell existing accounts, and convert one-time projects into long-term partnerships.
- Sales Operations :
- Maintain CRM, report pipeline and forecasting accurately, and drive structured sales processes across the team.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership :
- Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs. Lead and mentor junior team members as required.
Requirements :
5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles.Strong background in EdTech, corporate training, L&D, or consulting services is highly desirable.Demonstrated success in managing high-value sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong planning, analytical, and leadership capabilities.Experience in handling P&L, forecasting, and revenue reporting.Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
