Job Purpose : Architect will implement the design, plan, and oversee the construction of port facilities and infrastructure. The role ensures alignment with local regulations, sustainability standards, and long-term growth objectives, blending architectural expertise, urban planning, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Urban and Architectural Planning :

• Drive the execution of master plans for organization-owned land assets (ports, SEZs, and DTA land), ensuring seamless alignment with strategic objectives and the promoter's vision while implementing long-term strategies for growth, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning from a recognized institution.

Certification in port and industrial design is a plus.

Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and urban planning, with a focus on industrial, infrastructure, or port-related projects.
