We are seeking a proactive Design Manager with a focus on Hotel and Hospitality projects. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the entire design process, ensuring high-quality designs align with business goals and user needs. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing design teams, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and maintaining design excellence from concept to completion.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Project Management :
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
• Manage design budgets, tools, and resources effectively.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration :
• Guide design teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Work with product managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure design excellence.
• Communicate design progress and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Quality Control & Compliance :
• Evaluate designs, identify areas for improvement, and ensure all designs meet quality standards.
• Possess a strong understanding of design principles and tools.
• Adhere to relevant standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design process.
• Problem-Solving & Communication :
• Identify and resolve design challenges and obstacles proactively.
• Effectively communicate design ideas, solutions, and progress to various audiences.
