Manager -Sucessfactor Reporting Module

Role purpose :

The role will be responsible for design, create, changes of SuccessFactors Reports (All types Table, Canvas, Dashboards and Story). The Role would also require understanding the data insights of HR Domain (All modules like T&A, EC, Talent & Succession, PD, RCM , OFB / ONB etc) processes to cater to Business requirements and Dashboards requirement mapping.

• Experience in understanding business requirements for SF Reports , processing, consolidation, and distribution / Scheduling of data utilizing SuccessFactors Reporting Tool is a must.
• Must have a sound understanding of Success Factors HR Processes.
• Must have excellent skill set in formulating and consolidating large data sets in excel by utilizing the excel formulas.
• Must have experience is building RCM, T&A , PD and Annual reports utilizing HR SuccessFactors Data.
• Good to have working skillset for SAP Analytics Cloud and Qlik Sense.
• Must have working experience for building dashboards in any of the tools such as Success Factor Report center Story, Power Apps, Power BI, Qlik Sense etc.
