Fusion Practices - Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant

Job Description :

We at Fusion Practices are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultant to design, develop, and deliver reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion Applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, and BICC, along with strong functional knowledge of Financials, PPM, and GMS.

This role requires a techno-functional consultant to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly reporting Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI for real-time analytics.
• Build complex BI Publisher (BIP) reports including SQL-based data models, bursting, and multi-layout reporting.
• Design and implement BICC extraction strategies for integrations and downstream analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance, PPM, and GMS business teams to gather requirements and map them to reporting solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance in reporting deliverables.
• Optimize queries, improve performance, and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly release changes and update reports as needed.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to business stakeholders on reporting best Skills & Experience :
• 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics.
• Strong hands-on expertise with :

1. OTBI dashboards, KPIs, ad hoc reports.

2. BI Publisher (BIP) complex SQL queries, bursting, XML / RTF templates.

3. BICC scalable data extractions and incremental loads.
