Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Barista located in Bengaluru. The Senior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, managing daily operations, and ensuring that the coffee shop maintains high standards of service and quality. Additionally, the Senior Barista will mentor and train junior staff, provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Barista and Food Preparation
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work well in a team
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
