As a Program Implementation Manager, you'll ensure technical engagement success for mid-market and large enterprise customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for all technical aspects, responsible for stakeholder management, project planning, estimations, risk management, and problem-solving.

You'll lead a portfolio of projects, managing various stakeholders, driving project governance, and ensuring successful project completion with high customer satisfaction. You'll also identify expansion opportunities, demonstrate an ability to sell additional services, and occasionally travel for in-person meetings.

This role requires strong communication skills, experience in leading complex projects, and professionalism in appearance, interaction, and communication.
